Shipping and Return Policy

Standard Shipping:
Shipping and handling charges are based on your subtotal order amount, calculated after applicable discounts and before sales tax. Rates are calculated as follows:

$50 and over FREE
6-10 Business Days
Under $50 $4.5 Flat Rate
6-10 Business Days
Returns/Exchange & Refunds:
If you wish to return an item bought from our website, please get in touch via service@fancypopfinds.com
Exchanges use the same system, once the product is received by us will send you a payment link for any outstanding amount. Or refund as appropriate.
Returned orders are eligible for a refund if the returned order meets the following criteria:
(a) We receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of delivery of the product;
(b) The returned product is unused, (we understand you may have tried it on once or twice) in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
(c) Your order is not a frame with a prescription or customized.
Return/Exchange Process:
(1) Submit a return request in My Orders;
(2) Customer Service reviews your return;
(3) Customer Service sends you a product return form
(4) Complete Product Return Form include it in box and send it to us
(5) After receiving package, we'll process your Replacement/Refund
(6) Customer Service will contact you with details regarding Replacement/Refund
